This store is a hit or miss kind of store more miss than hit. From the produce to the shelves. I'm not able to shop on the first day of weekly sales, I have to wait until the weekend. And most product, about 80% of the product on the shelves are gone by that time. The produce is the same and what is left, is so beat up it's close to being rotten. I start at jewel get what I can and then off to other stores for the rest. Very sad 😪

I always been a jewels shopper , I don't care for the digital coupons because sometimes they don't clip. The customer service staff is usually always great. I have to say Matt, Lynn is the reason I shop here. Most mangers are not always so helpful. Always willing to help and have a friendly personality. Overall I think it's a great place to shop!

We love this jewel and almost everyone that works here. Today my kids found a quarter and lost it under a shelf...an off duty employee doing her shopping came up and saves the day sharing a quarter she had saying "it rolled right up to me"(winking st me)... just overall pleasant hellos from customer service reps /managers and just made us feel welcomed and appreciated .
Update: still love this jewel. Especially love Mr. B in the sushi department . This evening I was shopping late and they opened a checkout lane for me because I had so many groceries

If you need a florist, I would recommend this Jewel!!! My wedding bouquet came out beautiful thanks to them. The woman who assisted me (unfortunately I forgot her name!) was extremely helpful and creative in creating my "pastel rainbow" themed wedding bouquet. I would come back here for any event I needed more flowers for!

always clean and usually fully stocked (unless its around 4th of july or labor day obviously) good deals and specials, very helpful employees and i highly suggest you download the just4u app so you can get the best price possible for items that you buy. simple easy to navigate layout and they do offer ipass purchases and self-checkout.

Largest Jewel I've never been in. Very clean especially for being so expansive. Well organized aisles and huge selections. Impressive

I ordered a whipped cream iced chocolate cake with strawberry, bananas and strawberry sauce...WOW! One of the best cakes we have had. Compared it to Webers and it was every bit as good. The icing on it was not too sweet and not too much. The decor and message we asked for was almost perfect. Every ingredient was fresh. I would not hesitate to order again.

I'm fairly new to the area and wanted to try this location. The Jewel near me isn't stocked well. This Jewel is fantastic!!! Friendly staff, stocked well and great facing in the aisles. Beautiful displays! I'll be back regularly!

Just had the worst customer service from the cashier Monica. Jewel offers an app that you cannot scan in the store because the manager flat out said, "we do not want to calibrate the scanners". Which means that they manually have to put in your number to get the rewards. But Monica will not tell you that nicely. She will get a manager and keep repeating "she needs someone to explain why you cannot scan the barcode". The last time I was there this location made me call customer service and order to get the discounts from the app. 40 minutes later once it's finished they tell you to please have the store do this next time. But the employees and the store just cannot seem to do the basics of customer service. Disappointing. You would expect someone older to not hate their job so much but I know how hard it is to find good employees. It would be one thing if I was yelling at her. Then her attitude was well deserved. But it was the absolute annoyance just from asking a question which is so bad for a company. No one should represent their company with that attitude. Awful.

I always enjoy shopping at Jewel.
I was just amazed to see that they were out of toilet paper just like everyone else.
We will look back on our current events and laugh at this. In fact, a couple other shoppers and myself laughed as I took the picture.
