Java Express is the best of the drive-thru coffee shops in Idaho Falls. They have a quality drip coffee, and their creative drinks have all the options: lattes, espressos, blended fruit drinks, matcha tea, chai tea, etc.
Alternative milk options like oat milk or soy milk are available, and they also have bagels and muffins.
The service is always great with smiling, friendly associates. When there are multiple cars in line, they come out to take your order to keep the flow moving.

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes, we get to the window and the order taker is very rude and has an attitude she kept saying “what” because she could not hear us, because the music was blasting. We asked about rewards and she said we were unable to do it even though we are spending $23 for two coffees and a muffin top. After waiting seven more minutes at the window, we see one of our drinks just sitting on the windowsill in the sun. We asked if we could have our drink and we were told very rudely by Kylee no. We said we have already paid for the two drinks and she said it is policy so our drink continue to sit there in the sun, while the other drink and muffin top got made. We were charged extra for caramel cold foam that we didn’t even get and cherry cold foam that we didn’t get. My drink was a totally wrong drink as well. I will not be back to this location and this is actually my second encounter where Kylie was extremely disrespectful and rude.

I stopped here for a quick coffee before getting on the freeway. Great location to I-15. North or South bound easy on and off. The coffee was amazing. Not bitter at all!
