Showed up at 530 on Friday right when dinner rush was hitting hard. We only had about a 10 minute wait although the wait room was packed. Hostess was dressed well, friendly and incredibly efficient at making sure tables were turning quickly and everyone was seated quickly. The takeout food quality is not the best. Maybe they were just having a bad night. We ordered the fajita burrito with chicken. The vegetables didn't even taste like they had been seasoned or cooked, creating a $20 bland flavored burrito of flour tortilla with chicken. Very disappointed. I know salsa varies by location, but we had huge chunks of tomatoes and not the good kind. One inch chunks are just too big. Last time we went inside to eat and it was so delicious. I love this place! Moved over here recently and I was having such a hard time finding some authentic Mexican food. I am happy I found this place because it’s filled with so much flavors especially their cheese sauce, it can go with almost anything! We came to jalapeños for dinner and to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. The they were extremely busy. The wait was less then the 20 minutes they told us. Once seated they brought us chips and salsa right away and they came with refried beans. Wow they are great. I ordered the jalapeños stake. It was huge and delicious. I tried the beer margarita it was ok just not my thing. I definitely recommend jalapeños for the best Mexican for in the valley. I almost forgot the fried ice cream this thing is massive and great. We had birthday party here. Such an enjoyable experience. All the staff were friendly. Service was on point! They made us feel like we were family. Prices are just right for the portions of food you get. We left with food baby bellies! I would go again and again. In town from California and stopped in for lunch. I can’t say enough about the great service we had. I wish I got the waitress’s name to say thank you for making us feel welcome. I asked for a to go box and told her we’re staying at hotel nearby as we were in town looking at properties to relocate. She graciously got us our to go boxes and gave us a care package of goodies to go with it. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for great Mexican food and great service. Thank you sweet girl for going the extra mile. Your manager should be proud to have such a great employee!!!! Awesome customer service!!! We had another great party here, we reserved the room for 8:00, 2 people with a baby were hanging out, the staff shouldn't have seated them, knowing the room was reserved, but everyone did their best to accommodate. The best we have ever had!! We held a bridal shower here, it was so much fun!! The staff helped us decorate without even being asked. We had a couple of large gifts, they even went out to the cars and carried them in. They were so helpful with absolutely everything, no one was without a beverage whether it be adult or Pepsi. The food was great, very fresh and hot, always had salsa and chips, we never ran dry. It seemed like they anticipated everything. We never had to look for a staff member or anyone for that matter. They were exceptional, as far as customer service. They even helped clean up when we were all done. We had so much fun having the bridal shower here, I would highly recommend and will probably return to this location just to have an event here. I honestly can't thank them enough, they made this such a special event!!! You guys all rock! Thank you so much!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We actually left another restaurant because of the wait and came here. We had drinks with in 3 minutes and food in 12-15 if that. We watched as they cleared several large groups during their dinner rush and sat new people in minutes. And yes they actually cleaned everything including the salt and pepper shakers. Waitress was also amazing, accommodating and friendly. The service was good could have been gr8. Really enjoyed the food. Chips were just not 100% still 5 stars i was starving it was fast tasty and worth the price. Yet did not match the menu price.
