"The experience with ordering from this cafe leaves much to be desired. Multiple times I've placed online orders, expecting a swift delivery within the specified time. However, upon arriving on time, I found my order being prepared right in front of me. The lack of respect for the customer's time undermines the whole purpose of the online ordering service.
