It's nice to taste great coffee. Clients don't like tacos at this fast food. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. A lot of reviewers mark that the service is fine. Here you will pay medium prices. It's a nice place with the comfortable atmosphere. But people rate Jack in the Box below average on Google.

I had placed an order in the mobile at 7:48. My order was done at 7:52. In the short 3 minutes drive from my previous location to this jack in the box, they had given out my order to the wrong person. They had made up a bunch of excuses why I couldn’t receive my food. I didn’t want a refund or anything and was considerate of them trying to figure the situation out. But overall the staff was very rude to me and just didn’t respect my time. I had just came out of a long 11 hour shift from work and they first thing that happens to me is I’m being treated like a thief and I just want my food that I had fully paid for myself. Overall my feedback is that this specific location needs better training from the cashier, all the way to their manager on duty, because never once have I had an experience as bad as this. I would just like to receive a refund and get past all of this. I’m definitely not coming back to this location and I’m making it known on all platforms I have available to me, so others don’t have to got through the same experience I had Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

All the stars for service, the people who work here have always been really nice, but the food is disgusting.. I had egg rolls which are my go-to 'girl dinner' and it tasted like it had freezer burn, it was so nasty and the meat inside was pale. I usually scarf down 3 - 4 for a meal haha don't judge me.. the sweet n sour and egg rolls are the best combo, but something is really off about this locations food and they always seem to be out of a lot of the menu items.. the Tacos are always stale and chewy. Yea yea I know you'll say "This isn't the experience we want to give our customers, please email 'info@jacknthebox' or whatever, but nothing will be done. This review is for people who check before they take their families to eat at certain locations, I hope they listen and avoid this location. honestly take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the next location, horrible service, ghetto, rude, the only person that was semi tolerable was the cashier. if you don’t like people DONT WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. especially when i was as patient as i was. also the manager scuffed when i asked for 10 ranches with my 70$ order and said i could only get 4. lol Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! BAD SERVICE!!!THEY WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT! I was so mad - I had the munchies and visited the closest JITB near my job. I went through the drive thru and said I wanted twelve (12) tacos. JITB has the 2 tacos for $1.49 deal. The drive thru lady was of course rude. Handed me the bag and closed the window. No type of customer acknowledgement. I drive 8 miles to the house, open the bag - what do I find??? Six (6) tacos! Okay, so the lady obviously can't count. I call their number, and no one answered. I call back to back, and no one answers. I am now upset, so I drive back the 8 miles, calling along the way. As I am then less than half a mile from the facility, someone picks up! I explain my issue, they state they'll give me 12 tacos. I come in, everyone is rude. I show them the receipt, and they ask if I'm sure I didn't get 12 tacos. Now, I guess they are accusing me of lying! Nevertheless, when I ask for the manager, the guy freezes, and says he's not there. To make matters worse, I log a call with JITB corporate, and haven't heard anything back! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Food is great, however upon ordering i stood at the register for 5+ mins or longer waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. An employee finally then came to the register and instead of taking my order the employee decided that a phone call was more important at the time. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. Cell Phone should not be seen by a customer. Then, once I relieved my drink cups I noticed a huge mess that hasn't been cleaned up probably for hours. The tables were dirty, my family had to clean our own table. I understand places are short staffed but being unsanitary is not excusable during a pandemic. I love Jack in the box but please do better...

I love the chicken teriyaki bowl, the guy gave me extra teriyaki sauce which no store ever gives me extra sauce, and he even gave my friend a medium drink instead of a small :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I asked for my food to be fresh. It was not the guy at the window assured me that it would be, and it wasn’t every time I go there ,they suck Food is too high for them to give you food that is not fresh. Food: 1 Service: 1

Even though I usually go through the drive thru at this location I have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and my order is always correct and the food is amazing and hot. Today was a little out of their norm though. I placed my order for two tiny tacos and a 3 pc egg roll with dipping sauce. When I got to the window the lady was giving me a price to pay and I had to remind her that it was an app order. Once the young man inside told her which order was mine she got it and handed it to me. All I did was repeat the order and asked if they put in the dipping sauces she turns back around to the young man and said that if it's not on the order I don't get any. Really, she then proceeded to give me 2 sweet and sour sauces in a matter that I dropped one on the floor board and she acted like she was upset that I even asked. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that keep up the great work. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

HORRIBLE service @ 2:30 p.m on 4/12/2021. No one at inside dining and after 15 minutes I finally went to the counter and ask about my order. Manager and 3 others were leaned back against the counter with their finger stuck in their exit holes b.sing. clueless location and staff needs replacing starting with the clueless manager.
