Has been our favorite local bar until recently. Every time we have walked in over the past month it has been a 2 hour wait for food, no seats, super chaotic and staff is seriously under trained. You obviously have a popular restaurant for a reason it used to be great. Hire a consulting team, a manager and a kitchen crew and get this place back on track. It is absolutely a shame you all have let it get to this.

My husband and I sat outside on the patio with multiple other people out there. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, and then she immediately tells us that “shes done serving outside, but let me find who’s assigned.” Ok, cool. She comes back another 10 mins later and asks us if our waitress has come out. She hadnt. So this lady takes our drink order and our new waitress brings them over, takes our order and we havent seen her since. Another lady brings our food, and is gone before I could even ask for condiments. The first lady comes out and converses with others on the patio, but doesnt even look our way. Been waiting to check out now for about 30 minutes. Not a soul. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The DUBLIN CODDLE was amazing! The broth delightful. The homemade Irish brown bread looked like it would be very heavy and overwhelming but it was light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous and left stuffed. The GUINNESS BATTER FISH & CHIPS is hands down the BEST fish and chips I’ve ever had. The portion of fresh Atlantic Cod, is hand dipped in their famous Guinness batter and deep fried to a golden brown. It is not greasy and the batter is not thick like a breading that takes over the fish. It is served with seasoned chips (French fries) and really good coleslaw. I would 10/10 order the fish and chips again!! I can only imagine how popping this place will be on St Patricks Day. Giving this one star right now. Wait times have been very long for food the past couple of weeks. Not acceptable to wait 60 - 90 minutes. We were told there was a kitchen staff issue after waiting about 30 minutes. People should be warned beforehand of the extended wait times due to this condition. Perhaps management should reduce seating capacity to fit what the kitchen can comfortably provide while dealing with this issue. Many people were leaving as well. If you want your food in a reasonable time, stay away from here until their staffing issue is resolved. Hopefully it is soon as it is sad to have this once decent establishment fall down so quickly. First impression walking in, it was hot and stale inside. We sat down and it took the waitress 15 minutes to even come to our table. She finally arrived and took our drink order. Our appetizer took another 20-25 minutes to be brought out. We then sat for another 35 minutes or so before our food came out. The food was horrible!!! The shepherds pie was tiny and looked like someone dumped canned beef stew in a bowl and plopped a bit of mash and cheese on top. The salad was old and shriveled. Our waitress came to our table a total of 3 times and we were there for 2 hours(not by choice)... We didn't get a refill on drinks until right before we got our check. Definately a one and done stop line of restaurant. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
