Very welcoming atmosphere! As a customer you’re greeted with polite smiles. Each time I use Indigo Roots tanning beds; they’re cleaned and stocked with eye protection and tanning stickers for their clients to use. Caleb was very helpful with helping me find a tanning extender for my skin that I use daily and absolutely love! Kelley and Caleb are very polite and welcoming. They offer many services and will do their absolute best to inform you if there is a cancellation to fit your schedule and needs. Their daughter is sweet and has helped me as well with starting the beds and making sure I have eye protection or that it is available on site. I’ve always used Perfect Touch and now Indigo Roots for my self care routine and health/wellness needs😊

I've never been treated so rudely in my entire life by a business owner! You just don't treat customers like I was treated and curse at them!!! I made absolutely no excuses as I couldn't get a word in edge wize because I was being told off and cursed at. To clarify I've canceled twice and rescheduled both times and I did call Caleb back after he called me (at work) and rescheduled. It was 4:50 pm this evening and when I walked in I was told we are closed we are doing floors. I simply asked when I had rescheduled my appointment and was met with pure rudeness. No worries there are other options in this small town!!!
