They have the wing thing down to a science . The best I’ve had in the Elkton area, and I have tried them all. Very good sauces and the wings are cooked perfectly, slimy wings suck, crispy wings no suck! Hope they have continued success in the future. Wings were just OK.Yes they are on the bigger side, but not well sauced at all. Just really average. HOWEVER, the crab cheese fries are PHENOMENAL. So sad that the wings left me underwhelmed. The Old Bay Mambo sauce was one of the best I've ever tasted – right amount of sticky heat – and I'm still in love with those lump crab meat cheese fries! The wings are on point. Whoever is making them knows what they are doing. I also appreciate the variety of sauces that are available. The crab Mac n cheese is also amazing. I do wish the portion was a bit bigger but I understand with the cost of things.
