Amazing fast, friendly service, and the omlets are yummy and come with 3 pancakes too! We love paying on the app so we can go when we want, no waiting for a server to run your card. Come here if you want one thing at a time and to watch everyone at your table get one thing at a time as well .. Took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated took 15 more minutes to get a drink order in , the service or waiter that we had is absolutely awful I'm still sitting here waiting for the rest of our order . I wouldn't recommend coming here you would be able to prep make and eat your own breakfast in the time it takes to even get an order in here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went late on a Saturday with a couple of friends. There was 1 waiter- Tony, & a cook- Sergio. Tony was very friendly & attentive. He was also very nice considering we only got hot chocolates, no food, that night. My friends & I returned a couple weeks later because of Tony's genuinely friendly demeanor. He works hard & tries to keep everyone happy that chooses IHOP for dinner. This other visit we ordered food. I ordered salmon & Sergio did a great job making the salmon so it was flavorful & not dry. There was only one person taking care of tables. I don't know how he did it but he was a great host and server! I can't say enough good about him. There is NO WAY he could possibly keep up with everything he had to do, BUT he did. And he was upbeat and friendly as well. Ordered online and did not receive my order correctly. The food and cold brew coffee I did receive was not edible. Idk if it’s the quality of ingredients or what, but I spent $40 for 2 people and we couldn’t even finish the food. Our waitress was awesome, she tried to make sure they got our orders right and tried to get all of it to us at the same time. But we could hear the cook giving her a hard time about it. She has to keep showing him that part of our food was still missing. I had the strawberry cheesecake waffle, there was one little tiny ring of the cheesecake, I should have just gotten the strawberry waffle and not paid $5 more. My nieces biscuits and gravy combo had barely enough gravy for half a biscuit and she had to wait 15 minutes for the rest of her combo. Oh my gosh. HORRIBLE experience. Food was not great, service overall was no better but then it got even worse when I saw that I was overcharged for our food. I was charged the full menu price, not the “ihoppy hour price.” I asked my server about the discrepancy and he brought another employee to the table who told me that I needed to have specified that I wanted the lower price because the same item is on the regular menu and that “confuses them” because “hardly anyone orders stuff from the (happy hour) menu.” When I expressed my disbelief that it’s my job as the customer to clear up my servers’ confusion, she rudely told me that wasn’t what she meant at all, even though that’s literally what she said! Like, why would I have wanted to pay full price when it was clearly discounted and the lower price was posted on every single table? She left and our server acknowledged that I was overcharged but said that he couldn’t do anything about it because my card had already been charged and he’d “have to go get his manager to reverse the charge.” It seemed like, for whatever reason, that was not an option. At that point, I had to leave and wasn’t going to make a scene for $4 difference but there was literally nothing good about our visit. If you go to this location, make sure your server isn’t “confused” about how much they should charge you for your items bc once you get overcharged, apparently there is no going back because heaven forbid they ask their manager for help! This location is also a “Thrilled Cheese” virtual location. They are a joke. I ordered through Uber Eats, 2 of the Classic for a Reason grilled cheese sandwiches, one being a combo. They sent me a sippy cup of Mt Dew and a bunch of pancake syrup for my 2 “gourmet” grilled cheese sandwiches. There was no mention of the location being an IHOP so that’s how they screw you!
