15 min for drinks, 45 min for food. Kids food brought out first then 15 min later adults. No drink refills. Table was wobbly, brought a wad of napkins to fix it, we ended up moving ourselves to a different table with a broken chair hahah. Waiters iPad died mid ordering our food which put our order behind a 15 top that arrived 10 min after us. We weren’t angry, we could tell waiter must have been new, no one was helping him, he kept getting slammed with tables, you could tell he was panicking as he stuttered a lot. Poor guy. No team effort here … no structure, I wonder how the kitchen was staying alive. 1.5hrs visit. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

3 stars is merciful. I felt really sorry for the wait staff as they are very short handed. The food was mostly IHOP standard but the service was so very slow. Hoping they can find people who want to work. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

My family and I came in for free pancake day, only to find the manager handling a packed building with just three staff members. Despite the unexpected busyness causing customers to leave and others giving the manager a hard time, my family patiently waited in the corner silently cheering her on. I rarely write reviews, but the manager's remarkable memory and resilience under pressure were truly impressive. We went for Valentine's Day after a crazy turn of events and the previous restaurant we went to served us our water and never came back to ask what our order was (we waited 45min) needless to say my family was very, very hungry.... Closest place was IHOP and breakfast for dinner is one of our favorites. We walked in and was seated immediately!! Service was great! Food was so very yummy!!.... We went for breakfast at 6:30 AM and were the only ones there. It looked dirty with visible debris on the floor. Only one woman there to work the operation and she seemed busy with take out orders. My pancakes were really good and the food was great. Service was just really slow and considering it was $14 for my pancakes and coffee plus tip I should have gone to a local establishment for my business. I visited IHOP with a group of friends for dinner, and we had a blast. The service was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even introduced us to the manager, who spoke several languages and was very friendly. Really love eating at IHOP now. It's much cleaner and better atmosphere than was last year. Seems they have improved greatly on the food also.
