I normally do not like to post bad reviews as I am a business owner myself. I also enjoy tipping waitresses even if food isn’t the best. However the experience my husband and I had today on Valentine’s Day was very poor. Angelica B was our server. She was nice but what I asked for wasn’t what I received. I asked for 3 turkey bacon 3 turkey sausage, eggs soft scrambled with cheese, and French fries. Instead I received 6 very dry turkey bacon, burnt hash browns, over cooked eggs with no cheese, and no French fries. She did correct the issue but I had to eat my food in spurts as things were re cooked. Husband had a good breakfast but he didn’t like the lemonade so instead he requested apple juice. I drank coffee which was very bitter in taste so I instead of a refill I asked for a coke to drink but put it in a to go cup. My husband then asked if his refill could he get a sprite in a Togo cup. When we got our check we were appalled as we were charged. The server charged us for coffee, sprite, Coke, lemonade, and an apple juice! When we asked about it she said she had to ring up every drink. She then proceeded to walk to the table as we was packing up to go and took the to go cups of drinks that she had delivered to us back without explanation. We’ve visited other IHOP and this has never happened to us. Also this particular location has dingy decor. Tables and booths were not the cleanest, and the overall appearance is very outdated. To top things off there’s a bad sewer smell near the kitchen and drink station. We did not tip because there was no apology or the consideration of explaining to us what the drink policy intels. We felt server made an assumptive move based on the color of our skin which resulted in us not tipping her. We will not be back.

This location is pathetic, 2nd time this has happened, it's 7:57pm and they're closed??....the hours for the location say 10pm, updated 6 days ago. Soni try to make an order online, says my order will be ready by 8am. Seriously????... This is the 2nd time I've complained, we t to corporate for the first one, think they'd offer a customer something for all this trouble??... NO....he didn't, all he said was oh will get the hours fixed . And apparently they are not, id advise all of you considering this place to not go, maybe rhell go out of business and a better place will come .. unreal

I couldn't help but appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the morning staff at this establishment. As the liaison between the restaurant and the Door Dasher service, I had a unique opportunity to observe their operations firsthand. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how impeccably clean the entire place was. It was evident that the closer from the previous night had taken great care in ensuring a spotless environment for the morning crew. The tables were neatly arranged, and there wasn't a single trace of clutter or mess anywhere. As I approached the shelf to pick up my order, I was greeted with warm smiles from each employee present. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel welcome, even though I was just there for work purposes. It was refreshing to see such positive energy early in the morning.The order itself was prepared promptly and ready exactly on time, which is always appreciated when you're dealing with time-sensitive deliveries like mine. The attention to detail in packaging everything securely and neatly further showcased their commitment to quality customer service.

Horrible service. As soon as I got my food I got the receipt without the Waitress asking if we wanted any other drinks or anything else. Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend coming here

There was a lady named Alva at the front desk. She was more miserable than anyone i've ever met. She could single handedly take down the store. She was very rude and wouldn't even tell me if my food was ready. Alva told me to check the name on the bag.

I would give it no stars, but it will not post the review if I didn't add a star. Placed an order went to the wrong location have been trying contact this restaurant for over 3 hours and no one answers the phone. All I wanted to do was cancel my order then I called IHOP customer service was informed that they are now all privately owned and that I have to wait for the owner of the IHOP to contact me which could take up to 4 days. All I wanted to do was cancel my order and replace my order with the right location. I don't even live in Wisconsin I live in Illinois.

This place definitely needs to train the staff more. Not only were things missing from our near $100 online order (not the first time either), but instead of just replacing what was missing, they insisted we bring the food back. Thank goodness we hadn't started eating or ripped up the receipt. Also, check your phone service because once you click to speak to someone, all you get is a fax machine like dial tone.

Tried this place because there were 6 of us and it was close by. Hoped it would be good hut sadly it was
Overall a poor experience, place seemed very understaffed. Booth seats and table were dirty and we had to ask for them to be wiped down before even sitting.
Maybe a 5-10 min wait before server asked what drinks everyone wanted. They were served within a few minutes.
The next wait was excessive, all the ice in my water had melted before server came back to take order...
Next wait for order was very long, maybe 35min. A group of 4 came in and was seated after we had ordered and received their order several minutes before we did, not sure how that happens.
When order did arrive a few things were missing, a couple of there orders were barley warm, and two of the pancake orders were cold and hard and had to be replaced. The rest of the food was ok.
For the 6 us from the time we walked in to we were finished eating was over the 2hr mark.
Do not believe we will return.

Even when you expect nothing, apparently you can still be let down. My omelette was flabby and bland, the coffee was watered down, the service was slow and unresponsive. Things were forgotten from our order. I had a side of sausage that came at the end of my meal which was cold that I had to ask to be removed from our check. Sometimes I want to believe that people are doing their best, this did not feel like there was much effort involved one way or another. The company was good, but I brought that myself so I guess I can’t really give the restaurant credit for that.
