Very wonderful ambiance and great owners. However, the bagels were sub par: big and bready, but not the soft, chewy texture that an authentic bagel should be. Hot chocolate was a disappointment as well. Tasted stale.

Probably one of the better bagel places I've been to in Cali...I'm from NY and these bagels are fresh made in the morning which makes a huge difference!

their product is very delicious the problem is the type of people who are in that establishment I do not know if they are racist or it is their way of being but it did not seem like a good treatment yelling at all of us I was not The only person who received that type of mistreatment was all of us who were in the line lady should not be in that position maybe because she is the owner or I don't know why she is standing there she doesn't have the character to treat a person
