I had to wait with 10 items in a massive line because you evidently won't open self check out unless you have a cashier. You put the lanes in. Use them or remove them. This is pathetic and the customer service person I inquired with did not show any concern.

My biggest issue with this Hy-Vee is that there is constantly expired food and drinks on the shelf. One week my daughter wanted juice, we went through every Minute Maid juice in the coolers and every single one was expired. I’ve found boxes of chickpea pasta that were months past their expiration date. Each time, I have pointed this out to employees but they never seem to do anything about it. In the pasta instance, I literally took all of that expired pasta off the shelf and brought it to an employee just to see them restock it while I finished shopping. I’ve started driving an extra 45 minutes to go to the Hy-bee in Mankato or Rochester.

I've been going to the hy-vee here in Owatonna and in Faribault. Every time I've gone to both of these hy-vees the kitchen management and staff have had such horrible attitude issues of arguing amongst themselves and with other employees that work there, it kinda reflects onto the customers and takes away from the quality of the food that is served there which is absolutely 😝 gross 😝. I really think the store management needs to look into this and make some definite changes to the kitchen management. I've also been tempted to call the BBB and depth of MN health on them in regards to this stuff

Nice, clean store, with helpful and kind staff. Clean & well maintained bathrooms. Good produce selection. Great place for lunch or to grab a coffee. Has a great meat market, love the steaks, pork chops, burgers, brats, and jalopeno poppers!

Nice Hy-vee Grocery store with a Starbucks coffee shop and a pharmacy with drive up. The store has it all. Well stocked clean and spacious. Movie rental available in entrance lobby. --See pic's.... Be sure and check out this great store. Large parking lot available also clean restrooms 🚻

Watching 2 yr old twins for about 1.5 hrs and entertained them in the produce dept. They liked seeing the huge inflatable of a scarecrow! Service staff in restaurant was very attentive to my needs when I needed milk for their bottles.

Went to the fairgrounds for a flea market today! I just love going to this!! So much fun! Lots of people there with so many things some were there to show off their items and some were there to make really great deals! I had a wonderful time!
