Best Steak I have had at a fine dining restaurant. Perfect crust and temperature. Was a bit loud so not as good for intimate dinners, but food and service are top notch. We stopped by for dinner. the service and ambiance were outstanding, hugo frog bar was laid back and feel comfortable but... the food were just OK! we had better…I will say that the food was well presented but that’s about it our main course, we ordered king crab and lobster tail, both were fair...while i can taste they were fresh but it is not as yummy as they should be unfortunately...! feel so bad for the crab and lobster, died for nothing LOL Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today is my second time dining here and they are constantly very good. I had the warm lobster roll and house salad. The lobster was a generous portion perfectly cooked, salad fresh. My husband had a steak dip sandwich with mashed potatoes. The steak was fresh and great quality both tender and tasty. The desserts are very generous and well prepared. A well balanced wine list as well as cocktails complement the dinner. They have a generous and well priced lunch menu available till 3 pm. Oysters and crab cakes were a common theme in the dining room. Only disappointment was the coffee I expected more from them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hugo’s is one of our go to’s in Naperville. Tonight was excellent as usual. We were seated on the beautiful patio and started with the lobster bisque and clam chowder, followed by the whitefish and salmon. All were amazing as well as our service. The Manager Joe stopped by several times to assure everything met our expectations. Parking garage is one block away. Highly recommend this place!! Only been here once and was impressed with the food. My husband and I both ordered steaks and I had a Moscow mule which was so refreshing and exactly perfect to go with my delicious meal. I did not try the frog legs but saw a couple near us eating some and they looked like they were really enjoying them, so if you’re into exotic foods I would say give this place a try. Place is huge and it’s cute the way they have little like fairy lights hanging on Ceiling. Our waitress was friendly and took great care of us. Highly recommend. Last Sunday, my family and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We had a nice spot to sit outside by the fountain. Hospitality isn't dead. We were very taken care of by our servers. (Hadi) There were 7 of us, and my drink was never empty. The food was nice and hot well presented. Hugos frog bar was a laid-back, comfortable experience. Watching the kiddos looking at the fountain, the music playing was perfect.
