Confirmation and when we arrived from another city they gave our room to another person just before us. Though I have confirmation on the email. Liars. Dont book with them they are big fraud and time wasters
Atvykę pavalgyti, išsinuomavome kambarius virš kavinės. Gražiai ir jaukiai įrengti, patogios lovos, puikus vaizdas į ežerą ar vidinį sodą. Bet prasta garso izoliacija. Girdėjom vieni kitų kalbas už sienų ir restorano durų trankymą. Restoranas užsidarė anksčiau, nei nuėjome miegoti, tai mums netrukdė. Maistas skanus (čili, picos), antiena pasirodė sausoka.

Never been told where to park but anywhere I parked seemd to be a wrong place.
I felt completely unnesesary here and nobody cares about You here, since they have few 'rules' and there are no place for humans.
All in all I visited 4th place around beautiful lake of Plateliai and this Hotel North Lake is run by comunistic manager that blows the love of the place away.
Tried to cancel last day of stay or change it to bigger room due room being assigned so small and heat and music too loud. She said she is not doing that , that what booking does for them.
I left place within 24 hours of booking it for 3 days. And been declined to change room, approve cancellation and so on....
Manager said she is doing everything what owners told her to do, but I dont believe this is truth, I think she is pushing shade away easy. I hope at leasts her sons and daughters leave this vila with toilet papers and towels since they expecting You to bring Your own
