I could see myself enjoying this on a hot summer day, but honestly, it was so good I couldn't resist finishing it even under the February sun. Next, I ventured into the realm of caffeinated delights with the cafe de olla. This traditional coffee, brewed with cinnamon and piloncillo (unrefined brown sugar), was pure comfort in a cup. This place is a gem. I’ve driven by so many times not thinking much of it. I was in awe walking in… The place is great for coffee with friends, a quick brunch, and it’s even inviting to bring out the laptop and get some work done while enjoying a yummy cafe de olla.
