This is my favorite place in beaver creek! My wife and I have been coming for years and have it in our Airbnb guidebook as a top recommendation. Getting the whole fish experience is like nothing you will find anywhere else. The service is top notch, the food beats the service, and sommelier service is the cherry on top! We made reservations for lunch ..at 1.45pm around that time..the staff changed for the shift, and so when we asked for the menu, we asked the most common thing the "fish " and some rolls and tofu. Big shoutout to our bartender Mike, he served us the two times we were here this week and he was awesome. Very friendly and had great food/drink recommendations.
