Party of 3. Wife, son and myself, around 2-3pm during the week. So it was not busy at all. Sat very quickly, and that was the end of our visit. No one, and I mean NO one came to our table to serve us. Waitresses working other tables in our area just ignored us and kept on doing whatever they were doing. We sat for close to 20 minutes before we just got up and went to Texas Roadhouse where the service was SPECTACULAR. We have been here before and the food was amazing. We didn't get to eat, so 1 stars around!!! It's not very often we go out for steak, when we can afford it. Wife was talking about those Hoffbrau chips all day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My family and I were finally able to try this restaurant for the first time and we enjoyed and devoured everything on our plate. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean, had great decor and overall great atmosphere. What made our experience even exceptional was our server Nathaniel, he took care of us from the moment we sat down to holding the door open for us as we left. Hands down amazing service. I have seen this steakhouse pop up in searches but kept forgetting about it. While driving home my wife wants a steak after a VERY long day. I am glad that remembered this restaurant because WOW. I really liked the Texas decor and steakhouse feel. Kinda like walking a bit back in time. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and inviting. Surprisingly, despite the full parking lot there was ample seating with no wait. Being our first time visiting, our waitress was spot on with suggestions. She was very friendly and we enjoyed a couple laughs together. All the portions we saw were quite generous so we decided to on a 2 for sirloin. I am ribeye guy but must say this was quite tasty. Steak prepared nicely. Overall very nice dining experience. Looking forward to dining there again. I wish I could review the food, but I can't. I walked into the restaurant at about 2:30, said I wanted to place to-go order and was directed to the bar. So to the bar I went. After five minutes of not seeing a soul, and not wanting to waste any more time out of my workday, I decided to leave. On my way to the car, I thought I might trying calling in my order. When I was presented with the option of ordering online, I thought I would give it a try. Only after ordering and paying was I told that the wait would be about 45 minutes. I was hesitant to try the coffee rubbed ribeye because I really don't like coffee. It was delicious and didn't taste like coffee at all! Thanks to my server Mary for convincing me to try it! Went for an early dinner. 5 min before 4pm. Manager honored their lunch special prices. Different special each day as per menu photo. Great price for great food.Catfish,fries,hush puppies,salad $10.00 special. 8 Oz ribeye with salad and baked potato 15.99. Worth the price. Steak a little thin but good flavor. Didn't have to wait to be seated. Sat in the bar area so I could watch the TCU game. Prompt, friendly service. Ordered Brau chips, rolls, salad, chop steak with Heinz 57 Sauce (love me some Heinz 57 Sauce!!!😍), and a side of mashed potatoes. Everything came out to my table without a hitch! First time visiting. Got the lunch portion of the ribeye, medium rare. Perfect. Waitress was even better. One of my pet peeves is when a server asks if you want more tea, water, soda, etc. Just bring another when you see the glass getting empty. FOOD: The fries are good, the steak is okay quality, although it isn't quite soft. Mac and cheese, however... PLEASE AVOID!! I got food poisoning from the mac and cheese. Maybe due to cheese being old, not sure. Prices are definitely a bit high for the quality. SERVICE: 3 stars is adequate. Seems like the waiter was not really feeling it that well. Nothing spectacular. Also wait time was somewhat slow at 4 pm ATMOSPHERE: Very well decorated restaurant, and bathrooms are clean. No major spots and no bugs found. 1st time visiting. I joined a lunch network meeting hosted by the Northeast Tarrant Chamber. I had a nice sized hamburger with chips which tasted good.
