We went to Daruma for Valentine's dinner yesterday. The good - food quality and taste was above average. The bad - service, we waited and waited and never actually got what we paid for and eventually got up, came to the counter, paid and didn't leave a tip. There were 3 servers, they looked very disorganized and chaotic, our server had no clue what she did and didn't bring from what we have ordered, she kept apologizing but it was a sad show to watch. I really hope they put their act together because we hope they stay afloat. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

For the price, the quality of food is not up to par. We have ate at Sake sushi in Chaska and Kai’s in Chanhassen and get way more food at half the price. Daruma’s food also lacks flavor in even their simplest items like a side of noodles. We continue to give them chances when we are craving sushi and are never satisfied.
