Excellent for Lunch or Dinner - great healthy meal at a fantastic price. For 5 euros, you could have a burger, fries and salad at Hema! They will sometimes have stamppot with meat (a delicious Dutch meal of mashed potatoes with vegetables). That price can't be beat anywhere. The service is friendly, the prices are low and the food is delicious! I would recommend any Hema restaurant (and Store overall) to anyone visiting Holland. The larger cities like Amsterdam or Den Haag will have a full Hema restaurant but the smaller cities will have a snack counter where you can still get a snack or dessert at a great price.

Great for cheap Dutch food in the cafe and cheap stationery in the shop (a bit like Wilko in the UK but better)
