I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location. I love the food, but I ordered a brownie for pickup and they didn't give it to me with my order. It is $2.50, I called to ask that they refund my card and they said they would have a manager call me back just for the brownie. A few hours later they called and said we could drive back and pick it up, but I was already going to work. I asked them to please just refund it since I didn't get my brownie I paid for, they said I would have to call back another day to get it. At this point I might as well dispute the charges because why is it so hard to refund an item that wasn't given? Very disappointing service for such great food. Food: 5 Service: 1
