Michelle, the manager is a sweet lady; she always greets us with a smile when we arrive. They are quick with our orders & the food is always hot and fresh. Another employee named Gary is also very friendly, great service! Monster burger combos are great. I definitely recommend this Hardee’s location. Pulled up to the window and the lady was carrying our milkshakes with her ungloved fingers inside the lids like a bowling ball. We said we didn't want the milkshakes and the Rude older short haired white lady was fussing about us not wanting them because she stuck her fingers inside the lids. We drove off before paying or receiving anything. No telling what else is done nasty up there the health inspector ought to pay a visit.

Everytime I've come to this location during breakfast they are great. But Everytime I have come in the evening time the building looks like it not opened. Past two times the service took forever. Even getting someone on the headset. But tonight at around 6pm I'm greeted immediately but to be informed they are closed for the night. Not sure who needs to know this but your nighttime workers are costing you money. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

The staff i witnessed picking up trash and not washing their hands then going back to immediately handling food. To an employee unwrapping food without gloves on the service and environment is not in a health state Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 2-$7 Famous Star burgers and a medium order of French fries. Total was $11.01 and it was not worth that much. The burgers were ok but not worth $3.50 each. I had gotten home before I realized I hadn't received the French fries I had ordered but instead received half a order of fries and a half dozen hash rounds, again not worth the $3.19 I was charged for the fries. I used to love eating at Hardee's but the Hardee's in Danielsville has gone down hill bad in the past few years. Great food, clean restaurant and for the most part was completely satisfied with our visit. It was lunch time so it did take about 10 minutes even though I walked in and placed and waited for our order but it was understandable being as it was lunch time. Long wait at the register without a line before being waited upon. Food came out prepared wrong and I didn't check it until I was back in the car... Went back into the restaurant and was met by an awesome man that apologized for the mistake and went above and beyond to remake my order. My biscuits were warm, buttery, and fresh, sausage was cooked just right, eggs were thick yet fluffy and seasoned, and my gravy was warm and savory. This trip could have had a completely different review if not for one employee that showed pride in his job and actually cared about what he served people. I'll definitely eat breakfast here again. Ordered our food and ate, ordered more food after because it was good. Ended up an employee joining another in a corner and then the third standing outside looking on his phone and smoking. Waited and waited for the food...nobody in the back and we had to go ask them where the food was before they continued making the food. Could have just been a mess, up but the restaurant only had one other dine-in customer. Also no ac but that wasn't an issue. While I have had a ton of bad experiences over the years, it seems the new management has done a great job making things better. Their biscuits are made perfectly. I go for breakfast just about every day. The breakfast crew are the best they can make the hell out of some biscuits. I get met with a hey, how have you been, and if I don't come for a while, my absence is noticed, and they ask where the heck ya been? I rated low on the atmosphere only because the dining room had been closed so long. I am glad change has come to this location. The past 3 months have been great, and customer service is 1000 times better. I don't know the name of the lady who is working drive through today she had glasses and a white Hoodia, and she has served me for many months, and she is so amazing. Management give her a raise she is so nice and always has a smile on her face she makes me laugh and has turned a bad morning around for me many times! Went through the drive through and there was a fairly long line. However the wait wasn’t long. When I got the the window the manager was super nice friendly and helpful. My onion rings had just been dropped and she let me know that was what we were waiting for. Even in the cold she quickly went on to help the person behind me ( very proactive). Hot ham was a little cold but I didn’t eat it right away so that could have been my fault. Onion rings were hot. All in all a great drive through experience.
