Put up to drive thru one vehicle in front of me heard driver repeat her order 3 times then I approach order board order two country ham biscuits two sausages biscuits and 1 large cup of coffee. The girl told me she forgot what I ordered. I repeated a second time and she asked again. During this you could hear laughter in the back ground noise coming from speaker. While waiting in line at window employee get out of her vehicle and smoking vape pen up to the door of establishment. Then the car in front of me was asked to pull up and they will bring out her order. I drove up to window gave cashiers my card. The car that had pulled up and same . that was smoking vape pen brought out her food and for another vehicle that had ordered prior to my arrival. Then I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I told her to refund my money and it took at least 7 to 10 minutes to refund it. They went to three different registers to complete the refund.
