This place already has 3,500 reviews, so what can I add? Good food? Yes. Great location? Yes. Service? Um, well, mixed actually. Both times I went the waitresses were very kind despite the fact I can't speak Ukrainian and they helped me with the menu so that I could then make a choice. But then ran off before asking about something to drink. Thus I got my beer 15 minutes after sitting down, on a day that wasn't really busy. The second time I went I waited an additional 1 hour after ordering food (once said beer arrived). Since other tables had gotten served, more than once, during that time, I assumed my food had been forgotten. After about 90 minutes total I indicated I would like to pay for the one beer (that was long gone) and leave. The friendly waitress said it would be only 5 more minutes. While the food did, in fact, arrive without much more delay after that, I found that the dough of the halushky was under-done, more than al dente, as if they had been boiled for about five minutes. Total time 1:45 hours. But I hadn't been in a rush in the first place, and got to do plenty of people-watching while I waited.

Great traditional food! Cozy environment. Highly recommended to visit. Special thanks to Ekaterina Druzhko for the service! Attention to the guests and smile makes you feel like home.
Wide range of ukranian dishes in the city centre. Expensive compared to ukranian prices.
We ordered a few sets of Halushki. Unfortunately we found this piece of a tabletop in one of them ("from chief"), we informed the manager, but all she could do is simply offer a discount. I cannot recommend this venue.

Great place! Food is always delicious and you feel like you are home away from home. We were a party of 6 and came at a busy time, however our waitress Nastia was still very attentive, despite the fact that it was a busy period, and made our experience awesome! Big thanks to Nastia and the kitchen staff for a great evening! 😊😊😊

Cozy warm place with atmosphere, pleasant service, tasty local specialities. And, above all, located in the city centre.
Terrible service. When we arrived with my family we weren’t placed to any sits so we have sat to the one we saw, the employee came to us and told us that the place was reserved, but there were no signs on the table telling us that. The employee was very rude and passive aggressive showing by her body language how much she hates working with people. I asked her to call the manager to figure out where can we actually sit because this employee wasn’t trying to help in any way (she was just being mad or rude leaving us feeling worthless.) The manager wasn’t at the restaurant so there were no one who wanted to serve us so we left.

Lovely place, relaxed service, very tasty halushki worth trying while in Poltava! Other food (we ordered some meat and salad) was fine.
