Front of house staff is great !!! Always super nice. The last time I went I think my server's name was jalissa or Lisa I think she shortened it to. I thought she was wonderful she was super helpful and super nice and also checked up on us several times throughout our lunch. She was very on top of accommodating all of our needs and a very pleasant server to talk to. However, I do think the food is just okay. Please take this with a grain of salt I moved here from North Carolina where the Mexican food is very authentic pretty much everywhere you go and I find hacienda to be more of an Americanized Mexican cuisine like Tex-Mex almost. So if your vision is authentic hacienda might not be the place for you, but if you don't mind Tex-Mex and that's the type of deal you're going for then it absolutely is the place for you. As far as front of house staff you will always be treated great and receive great service I've been there plenty of times since moving here and I have not found 1 negative thing to say about any of the front of house staff. To be honest my biggest complaint would be the salsa it tastes like ketchup to me.

Street Tacos
Spent almost 200 dollars for takeout. All of us were exhausted and just craving hacienda. Live 2 minutes from here, got our food, and it was almost cold to the touch, like it had been sitting there for a while. Next, there was no flavor at all, and I mean none! The enchiladas had no type of sauce! I do red, and there was none! I have always loved hacienda, however I have never been so disappointed. This food was disgusting. My kids wouldn't eat any of it at all.
