Ordered the SP dip! And it was amazing the environment and ambiance were so nice. Loved all the wood accents and decor, and the servers, waiters, and cooks were so nice and accommodating. My husband and I finally made it into Gunsmoke to eat and we were blown away. My husband Couldn't stop Staring at the architectural upgrades. Paul was one of the first people in town to welcome us to Santa Paula when we were still building out the Kollective Studios. He told us about his vision and he's exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing and the service was personal and on point. We dug the family atmosphere as we too run a family friendly tattoo shop. Our family had an amazing dinner with friends here. The food had flavor that you just don’t get at chain restaurants. They have dozens of sauces made in house to go with what ever you order. I can’t exaggerate when I say this is the EXACT place my gf and I been looking for in SP. I’d heard about the place from a coworker who raved about the Tri tip sandwich and it completely delivered. Best Tri tip sandwich I’ve ever had. No joke. Gf had a great chkn sandwich, nice beer, and really cool deserts. Try the Twinkie or the Ice cream float. Couldn’t have been happier with my dinner out, my gf raved about it the whole way home.
