In the beginning waitress was very friendly. Waiting time was long, but there were many visitors. When I have received my soup, I have found in it piece of plastic. While waitress was finishing serving table next to us, I have asked her to come to me as well. She replied in a rude manner that she will come to our table later, that she is very busy and cannot serve all tables simultaneously. When finally she came to us, she took my soup back, suggested to order same dish or other, but waiting time was too long. Plus to that we have received the wrong tea that we ordered. Also, one ordered dessert was forgotten and we have waited for that extra 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we have not received any polite apology for caused inconvenience. Only that it is so hectic now and mistakes were made on the kitchen, not by waitress. I fully understand that human mistakes are possible, however polite service can be provided in any case. Business lunch was 3.50 euros. Came out two minutes after I sat down and ordered. Business lunch is only from 12-13. Only one soup option and two entree options. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The place is nice, has a great atmosphere, and and good potential, but should be updated a bit to modern standards. The entry from the outside could be more welcoming, the door should be kept open, some more lighting, decorations and music on the outside would be a nice touch, also adding the stand with menu from the street could be useful as well. We visited on the rainy day. It was busy and only one bar woman and two servers - nice staff but the wait was long. Come here if you have time and not in the hurry! The food menu consists of lots of meat options - heaven for the meat lovers. A few vegetarian choices. The interior design is interesting. Lots of old artifacts. Cosy place! The atmosphere is very peculiar. Everything is decorate in ancient and frugal style. The service was very cold and not too welcoming, as well as the temperature. We felt very cold. The menu does not offered many options for vegetarians. I chose a Greek salad with potatoes. Everything was very good (especially the potatoes). Also the entree with bread and butter was a nice touch.
