Me and my family are very pleased with the restaurant and the great food, but sadly had a very bad encounter Friday 29/9-23 and can’t leave this unnoticed.
My father bought a drink and wanted to sit outside to enjoy the weather from the cafe next door. Little did he know that the tables outside only belonged to the restaurant ‘Grill London’ and not the cafe.
So instead of respectfully telling an older man to move to another place (keep in mind there were only 3 people sitting outside) he was yelled at in front of everyone by a very rude waitress called Gabriella - this is the name we got from another waitress the other today.
My father doesn’t fully understand Lithuanian as we do, since he lives in Denmark, so he was very shook and asked her to translate into English. Instead she aggressively yelled at him to go away in English without any explanation and pushed him away.
AND even dared to run to the cafe next door and yell at them because of my father…
Its crazy?
This is not the Lithuanian way and we are all very embarrassed by this crazy behavior!
I hope this girl will learn from her mistakes and rethink her manners. My father was afraid to come back and talk to someone in charge so I’m writing here instead.
All in all, the people we were met by again the other today at ‘grill london’ were very nice and we always liked the restaurant, but I can’t accept this outrageous behavior toward a man that didn’t even know his mistake! OR understood what he did wrong!
So Gabriella count to ten next time:)
(I truly hope this is the right name we were given, if not im sorry for the mistake)

Overall, food is good. Especially salad with goat cheese. Burger was juicy, but sauce “killed” the meat taste.
Service is, mostly, unfriendly.

Do not recommend. Not professional, poor service.
Arrived and advised the waiter that me and my wife are strictly vegan.
Ordered a plant based naked burgers with some sides. Plant based burgers have arrived with ordinary dairy cheese melted on top.
When asked for the waiter to replace, she had suggested to remove the cheese ourselves, as she was not willing to cover the cost of the burger for this mistake.
In short, very poor service, not professional and does not know the menu themselves. Plant based options do not make sense, as they come with diary cheese as in our case.

Food was just OK, fairly limited choices, but it was nice they have freshly squeezed juices and the waitress was very sweet and funny, no complaints about the service at all!
