I had been really wanting to check out @greenoakstavern ever since I came across their FB page. The verdict, I'm not disappointed. Went on a Tue around 5pm with my wife and friend, reason: to close out her birthday week. It was happy hour; bought a Corona, a few good Margaritas, great Bloody Mary, & whiskey on the rocks. Spent about $30. The atmosphere was chill, the place was a bit smaller than what I expected but that's not a problem. Good to know for when I go back for a live event I'll know to get there a bit early to find a good seat. Overall, I like A LOT!!!

Do not go here, they will not serve you if you have a certain “appearance”. Bartenders were 2 white folks with dreadlocks that refused to greet or serve us. Came in with my boyfriend 40 minutes before close for a drink because I wanted to check out the local spots. The place looked cute and I normally work late so I’m unable to go but I got an unexpected early day so we decided to go. Only a few people were there but we sat at the bar for 10 minutes, said hi and were utterly ignored. Would definitely recommend going to Shamrocks Pub just around the corner instead. The service is immaculate and the bar is HUGE so it’s great for all different types of vibes and they have games!! Basically Green Oaks sucks and Shamrocks is awesome, had a blast at Shamrocks!

I love this place! Very good atmosphere, the only problem is one off the waitress’s with weird looking appearance is very rude! But Steve the owner is a wonderful person!!! Recommend to check it out
