Place has potential… it also has the clumsiest servers you could imagine. Asked for a glass of prosecco and sparkling water. The server hit the prosecco glass with the bottle and drenched me in prosecco. Then brought a kitchen towell (not paper but dirty cloth so I could dry myself, very unpractical. Would have assumed it as bad luck, but not three minutes later server dropped hot chocolate on the table next to us missing the customer by centimeters. On the bright side: The view of the cathedral from the outside tables is amazing and the main dining room is very nicely decorated. The food was also good. Had an amazing mushroom soup (server decided to put it in front of me from the other side of the table so had to hold it myself just in case). Just avoid hot drinks or stand clear of the table when they bring them. To the manager: staff training is an investment, the accidents happened because they were doind things too fast and did not know to move arround a table to have propper access, so that one star is yours. Really great place for lunch. Food was well tasting and the service was nice and fast. Waiters came back and asked if people wanted more to drink and if things where ok. Don't go there if you want to enjoy your food and drinks in clean air. They illegally allow indoor smoking in the conservatory, even facilitating with an ashtray... Will never go there again. I don't like my Bossche bol with sigaret smoke... Meal type Other Price per person €10–20

Great, friendly service and a premium location. Grand Café Silva Ducis is located next to 'de Parade', which is the main plaza next to the cathedral of Den Bosch. There is seating available both indoors and outdoors; staff is happy to help if you want to change tables. Although the menu is a bit limited in items, the portion sizes are very generous and the food is tasty. A big plus-point is the fact that Grand Café Silva Ducis is one of the few places where there is a toilet for the disabled available. It is also the best toilet for the disabled. If you have a person with disabilities in your company, going here for a drink or meal would be a good choice.

We chose here because of the good view of the Church. At first, my friend and I ordered a black coffee and a cappuccino. We had the cup of cuppucino totally stained with coffee all over as if it wasn't washed and rinsed. I thought maybe while serving it happened, but the stain was all the way dry! I called the waitress, to changed it. By the way, she changed it with a strange look and without saying, Sorry! We also order a warm borrelgarnituur. It wasn't warm at all, but the taste of bitterballen and kaaddtengels were really good with sause.

Yesterday I visited Grand Cafe Silva voor spontaneous dinner and drinks. I know 's-Hertogenbosch is well known for Its restaurants and Bourgondic Lifestyle.....but I was surprised by the excellent service and Fabulous food. The main course of Australian steak was marvelous, fries and salad more then enough. Good price quality and very friendly waiters 🙏❤️🎉 Keep Up The Good work Silva This Is How I like to see the restaurants in my hometown!!
