100/10 would recommend Gracie’s on West Main! We are visiting from Florida and were wanting to try something new. Gracie’s came up for breakfast near by and we decided to check it out. The entire staff were friendly and amazing. I got the Gracie’s Benedict and the Gracie’s Signature Latte, I would recommend BOTH. ABSOLUTELY, delicious. When we come back to visit, we will be stopping in to try something else on the menu. Also, our waitress Daina, was a sweetheart and the coffee she made was, again, delicious. I visited this “restaurant” because of the high rating and good reviews. But alas, I was disappointed with this place. I don’t know what people compare the quality of food with, if they compare this place with McDonald’s, then of course it’s much tastier. But if you compare it with other restaurants, it's nothing special at all. Typical greasy American cuisine. My potatoes were soaked in grease. Regarding cleanliness. Our table was near the window and the “window sill” that I look at all the time while eating was just disgustingly dirty. I've never seen anything so dirty. Children's chairs are also very dirty. The baseboards in the toilet are so dirty that it looks like no one has ever washed them. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My husband and I decided to try one of Gracie’s events! Valentine’s Day for couples! We were greeted by a wonderful hostess, she was welcoming and friendly! Our server was nice too and the young man who cleared plates and tables was very attentive! The food was mediocre, the first course was good, the second was ok, the third course, after waiting quite a long period of time, we got our plate and sent one of our entrees back, the fourth course, the desserts were as described! They did give us our choice of a free dessert to make up for our experience. A 4 star review is giving our experience a bright side! We got our bill and the charges were correct except for one thing….. THEY ADD A 3.5% SERVICE CHARGE TO ALL CUSTOMERS. WE PAID CASH FOR OUR MEAL AND WERE TOLD THEY DO NOT REFUND THE SERVICE CHARGE FOR CASH!!! FOR THIS REASON ALONE I WILL NOT RETURN TO GRACIE’S ON MAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTICE!!! Mary M.
