Over the top customer service! I called and Lisa answered the phone. She is such a great employee. She took my large party order over the phone and got it started right away; informed me to place it online and they would take care of it. Her and John worked vigorously to get the order done in the hour time window I needed. When I got to the store to pick up my order they were still very kind and hospitable. Very upset 😡. At 4PM one day last mid-week, golden chick was out of side salads, thighs, extra rolls and some other sides....so I went with 3 PC catfish dinner with a coleslaw, roll and drink for $10.19 plus tax. You can look at the picture of what I got. This is sad...almost criminal!!! This is only worth $0.50 as not only was it really three small half fillets that were cold, old and taste terrible!!! GOLDEN CHICK YOU FAILED ME AGAIN...AND NOW I TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
