This is by far the best golden chick I have been too. Super clean, the host on receipt is named Dezarae and she did a great job providing great customer service. The staff is not loud and polite. The food was fresh and the host even brought us the food to our table. I am impressed. Literally sitting outside after ordering some sides. It’s 840pm and the staff locks the doors from entering. My son needed to use the restroom and we were not able to get in to use the restroom. The open neon sign is still on, the hours on the door shows open till 10pm. Checked with Google to make sure I’m not missing anything. It says the same thing. Does not say on either doors that they have specific dine in hours. Some gentleman sitting down in the booth just watching us trying to open the doors to get in to use the restroom (after all we did just pay to get their food). People are pulling up to get in to order food and were just as confused as we were. However drive thru was still operational. They did not bother to let us know they were closing early, or had a meeting, or whatever the case may be. Super disappointed.

The employee kept forgetting to give the entire order and almost forgot our drinks. And the gravy was spoiled on top of perfect good mash potatoes and could not eat them. It's already expensive and then not to be able to eat everything we paid for. Just pls don't drive off w/o checking ur order. Okay, there’s people there that they thrive to serve, friendly and very respectful and courteous, but when it comes to others it’s where everything goes to hell. Just two days ago I ordered a Big and Golden sandwich to go, the chicken was hard to eat and the bun was like from 6 days ago because it was so hard to the touch, I call and they replace my meal. Yesterday I stop and ordered the same thing, and by the time I got home grease was falling from the box and for buns they smashed two rolls and put the chicken between!!! Like if I was not going to noticed??? I get it some people work hopping to get a better life, some for the money and some companies just open places hopping for people to don’t complain and keep making money but this place it’s not worth a penny when it comes to the quality or standards of the original company. I’ll keep tryin and I’ll keep riding until they change or call me to apologize for me loosing my time and money , this location it’s perfect but maybe I’ll try other one on Main Street. Placed an online order, when it was ready for pick up. My husband got off the car and went inside to pick up the order. Mind you, the door was unlocked. Ladies inside made a big deal about how he was not supposed to be inside, when the door was clearly unlocked. Clearly once my husband realized they were closed. He was heading out but it was the way that the girls there reacted, very unprofessional and ghetto. I asked for a refund and lady who answered the phone was still being rude and unhelpful. I asked for guidance to cancel the order because there was no option for it but the lady/girl was no help and kept telling me that ordering through the “Golden Chick” app had nothing to do with her/them. When we walked in, the staff was welcoming, the facility looked and smelled clean. I noticed the manager he was really managing. Our cashier was pleasant. When we got ready to leave, the manager came and thanked us for coming. He made us feel welcomed and important. Then to top it off, the Wicked Wings were very, very good. I do want to add that we drive pass a Golden Chick to get to this one for the very reasons I listed. Just stopped by, went through drive-thru. When I got to the window, the young man let me know that at the moment they only had 4 tenders ready, other cooking. Asked him how long till they were done and he said about 7 or 8 minutes. O really wanted tenders and asked if I could pull to front and wait. He kindly said yes. I told him if they could bring it out as mu back is hurt. He said yes. No worries. I am now happily eating my tenders and may I add that they are very, very, good.
