I work at this Giant and the work conditions here are terrible. I work at the Giant Direct and every day just gets worse and worse. Yes, there are customers that get what they've asked for but a lot of customers still complain about items missing that were in the store or getting the wrong product. Every day we get more and more orders for us to do and yet we don't increase the size of our team. I can't explain how horrible it is. I've started a petition to try and do something about this place. Please help if you've had any similar issues. The petition explains more. Thank you

Huge thank you to employee Mic Taylor for going above and beyond the call of duty. My car wouldn’t start after shopping due to a dead battery, and it was a windy January day. I asked Mic at the service desk if anyone could help me. She got someone to cover the service desk and was outside in her personal vehicle with jumper cables right away. Thanks to Mic I’m home right now instead of waiting for AAA in the cold. Thank you Mic! PS, Giant supervisors, Mic deserves a raise!

This is one of the better Giants as far as people trying to help you and a few human run registers actually exist !!! but mostly do it yourself annoying robot trash self check outs but thats everywhere thank you covid and government for that ..but I don't usually leave annoyed here ..so if youre shopping Giant they have way better deals than Weis..never shop Weis

Got all my groceries, went to check out and was informed that the card readers were down and it was cash only. I took my business elsewhere, quietly.

I shop here frequently, most of the time there are at least 5+ items not in stock which is extremely frustrating. Normally I don't have an issue with the produce section. I wanted to buy romaine lettuce and they all looked disgusting so I did not buy them. I did however buy other produce one of which was an avocado and it was absolutely disgusting. Lack of product and care of products definitely seems to be an issue lately. It's honestly highly disappointing.
I tried contacting Giant, no response just some generic we are busy...
Update: I did finally get a response.i got a 25 dollar gift card and apology. That was a very kind gesture. The produce has been better. However the lack of inventory is still alive and well. This is an on going issue with this store in particular. This seems like a very busy store, so you would think they would order accordingly. It would be really nice to be able to do my shopping in one store. The associates are great, kind, helpful and respectful.

I find Giants in general to be overpriced, but most stores are these days. I typically stick to discount stores, but I do think Giant has a wider produce selection than any other grocery store I know of, so I always go there if I need something very specific (nobody else has celery root!). Elizabethtown doesn’t have quite as extensive meat or produce sections as Mt Joy or Hershey Giants, but still pretty decent. And there are still a few things you can get without emptying your wallet. I would highly discourage anyone from buying their discounted produce though, especially greens—they wait until it has already started to go bad to discount it, so it’s really not worth it. This has been my experience probably 9/10 times.
