I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gaston's Bakeshop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. What sets this bakery apart, however, is the extraordinary talent and dedication of the owner, Emily.
Emily is undoubtedly the hardest working young lady I've ever come across in the culinary world. Her passion for baking is evident in every corner of the bakeshop and, most importantly, in the delightful outcome of her pastries. It's clear that she puts her heart and soul into every creation, and the results are nothing short of spectacular.
Now, let me take a moment to rave about the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies. Oh my goodness! These cookies are a true masterpiece. The perfect balance of sweet and salty, with a heavenly blend of caramel and rich chocolate, they are, without a doubt, the best cookies I have ever had. Chocolate Chip Cookie
Emily made the most beautiful and delicious cake for our son's 1st birthday party! It was absolutely perfect and all our guests couldn't stop talking about how good it tasted (we did a vanilla cake with fresh banana filling and marshmallow buttercream). We can't wait for the storefront to open in Allentown, NJ!
Edited to add, that Emily made another amazing cake for us for our son's 2nd birthday earlier this month. So cute and delicious!
We stopped in to Gaston on Saturday and everything looked so amazing. My husband wanted a sticky bun and the gentleman in front of us ordered the last 3 on the display. So with a sad face he ordered a few other selections. The owner was so sweet and she realized he had his heart set on that sticky bun. She found him the last one under the counter to put the smile back on his face. Everything we ordered was so delicious, the sticky bun, banana bread, and the apple crumb cake were all so good!!! Thank you again, we will be back soon!!

Best small town bakery! My kids love the huge slices of cake they have sometime and they love what my kids call “cake on a stick”. We have tried the zucchini chocolate chip muffins and they were amazing. Can’t wait to go back and support our local business!

Some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Cakes, cupcakes, macarons & scones are on point. My wife and I make a lot of different cookies but none of what we make are as good as the salted caramel chocolate chip.

Gaston's Bakeshop is absolutely incredible. The owner, Emily, has created beautiful and delicious cakes and cupcakes for numerous of my events. Not to mention, her SCCC are amazing! Emily is professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Be sure to check out Gaston's, you won't be disappointed!

I ordered two cakes for my daughter’s 1st birthday party (a smash cake and one for the rest of us) and they were both exactly what I was hoping for and absolutely delicious! Emily was very kind, easy to communicate with and she made me exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed!

Amazing that as many times as i've been there, i haven't reviewed. I highly recommend this place. Salted caramel chocolate chip cookies --- quite possibly the perfect cookie. Best scones around (and we have tried many). I try to get there twice a month and bring home goodies for the family. I don't mind that she's only opened on weekends, i'd go whenever they are open. It's that good.
