Very rude, poor customer service I called and inquired about having a birthday cake made in a certain flavor. The girl who took my call said she was new and didnt know if they had that flavor or even what a cost would be. She offered to take my information and call me back with an answer and a price. 2 days later I just got a phone call from a gentleman saying that my cake was ready!! Wait, what? I explained the above situation and that I never ordered it because I never heard back from the young lady to confirm they had the flavor or a cost for it.. and he flat out hung up on me!!! I am flabbergasted by this poor service. Meal type Other Service: 1
