Ok I'm tryin to give them another chance on Uber eats .. yesterday I had chicken nachos and there was no cheese whatsoever on my nachos and I was pissed .. I got refunded for the meal yesterday, but today I just ordered breakfast tacos and I also ordered chicken quesadilla for my lunch .. let's see how it goes today , I'll let you know Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We’ve been to almost Every Fuzzy’s and each one is a unique. If the chain was a person, this one would definitely be the armpit after a hard day’s work. Cold tacos, runny and flavorless beans, undercooked rice, greasy potatoes, wannabe margaritas, all presented by an emotionless zombie staff. We will continue to visit Fuzzy’s in the future. I been coming here for past 5 years and never had any issues. Today was ridiculous, they got manager who doesn’t care, people making food does not read orders. I got chicken in my veggie ordered dish twice. And there was a mens hair in black beans. Be careful eating out here. Not coming here again. Clean place, music not too obnoxiously loud, staff friendly enough & professional. Enchiladas were not bad, refried beans tasted straight from the can, cold and way too salty. Rice was also resemblant of cold instant rice. If the beans and rice were better I'd come back, but there's several other options within a mile or two of this spot. Walked in for a to go order on the way home and the girl at the counter seemed very put out with me making an order. She was aloof ,acted like I was bothering her, and very rude.I ordered two taco plates. She then asked if I wanted grilled or tempura shrimp tacos. I said "tempura". She then said "we are out of that! " I asked for a carrier for the two drinks I had and she said"we are out of that!" I was offered no hot sauce, silverware or condiments for my food. I guess they "were out of that!" too. She continually acted like I was the imposition. Terrible experience. If this is who represents your restaurant, you are in serious trouble! First time eating here and I was blown away. I ordered a burrito online and it was brought out to my car in less than 2 minutes. The flavors in the burrito were complex and delicious. I am looking forward to trying more menu items at future visits. The online ordering experience was relatively frictionless. It's probably the best online food ordering I've come across. Fuzzy's has always been our go-to, the food is always consistent, but the Margaritas are average and sometimes watery. Breakfast is always clutch with the shrimp tacos and we haven't had a menu item we didn't like yet. The spiced chips are the kids favorite and the patio is always chill for drinks. I do miss our old manager Philip because the new staff isn't always warm and "Fuzzy" (no pun intended), but they try at least. It will remain a staple in our restaurant repertoire. Fantastic, I started with an appetizer of 4 different tacos and a pomegranate margarita on rocks (yummy) and ordered 4 more for dinner. All great especially California Heat Grilled Shrimp Tacos. This is my absolute favorite Fuzzy's! Its close to my home and when I come here its like a home away from home. I feel comfortable here. I have always had quality food at this Fuzzy's! Friendly staff and everything is good! I always run up and tell the kitchen folk "It was GOOD AGAIN!!!" I really appreciate this place and the food too! You cant go wrong here unless you hate good tasty food! BTW- Lots of big screen tvs for you sports fanatics!

The best Fuzzys in DFW. Always so clean, friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of salads, tacos burritos and more. I went with the California Heat and Spicy Pork. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The queso and salsa is worth a try too! The customer service is top notch. Our order was incorrect, minor issue, and they quickly fixed the problem. The manager even came by to double check that everything was good. A vastly different occurrence at other locations in the Metroplex. I'll definitely go out of my way to come to this location!
