i’ve never heard of auto gratuity being charged on a party of under 6, ESPECIALLY without mention on the menu or by the server (even after being questioned about the bill’s total.) staff was inattentive and while we were still planning on leaving the obligatory 20%, tip, it ended up being 50% upon closer look due to this hidden charge. definitely feels sneaky & scummy right before the holidays, not to even mention that i called in to try bringing this to someone’s attention, and was told there was no one i could speak to. i’m a frequent flyer at the worcester location, so it’s definitely disappointing to see. transparency with customers goes a long way!
