The food here might be good but belive me customer care policies are bad. I used to eat every now and then but last Monday I went in to eat but have to use restroom first. I asked that I have to go in a hurry I will order after I come out but they didn't let me use restroom and I have to decide not to eat here anymore. But I thought I should talk to management, may be they cluld do anything about it. But today when I went again to complain (I ordered too) but the receptionist kept on repeating the same policy again and again. 0/10 for customer care. Food is 8/10 though.
