Food is great. Burgers and fries are awesome. Something is wrong with the drive-through, it is extremely hard to understand the person that's taking your order. Food has been great every time. We walked in and were greeted in a friendly manner, my boyfriend went up to order and a young lady named Ena Cence took his order. She was extremely rude and unfriendly the entire time, did not acknowledge his existence until he started talking and did not smile or say thank you once. We visited Freddy's on12/16/2023. Food was terrible and the dining area was so filthy. I had to get some napkins and wet them to clean the table. Both trash cans were overflowing with trash. I had both of my grandkids and they wanted shakes for dessert and the cups were only half full for the price I paid. I'll never step foot in that Freddy's again.
