PLEASE READ !!!!!! I gave three stars, so this Would be a public review -sometimes when you give one and two stars, they REMOVE them - if you give three stars, they are NOT allowed to remove your review!!!!!!! Never again. Served me a ROTTEN SPOILED SMELLY STEAK - waitress even CONFIRMED IT WAS BAD - manager NEVER addressed this with me. Never came out. Two of our 6 person party got violently SICK after eating there - I would never ever give such a bad review, but they didn’t deserve the money. We paid for 6 people ( HUGE BILL) for two of our party to get violently ill ????? Thats so not acceptable . My Daughter asked for springwater they only serve chlorinated, tap water. It tasted like straight up Chlorine water !!!!!! It was not the waitresses fault that they served me the steak, however it was VERY unprofessional for the MANAGER NOT to out & speak to us or at least offer free dessert or cut the bill in half. After a half an hour of ingesting the spoiled meat, I got violently ill - I had severe stomach cramping was nauseated, and I started sweating profusely - we had to leave the casino, which we had NO intention of leaving the casino after dinner -we were going to stay and gamble. The other person in the party went home & had the diarrhea all night long into the next day. I vomited at home & made sure it ALL came out so I didn’t wind up in the hospital with a hospital bill and food poisoning. It took me three days to get over feeling bad from ingesting that meat . We frequent the casino constantly we will NEVER ever spend another cent in that restaurant!!!!!! There are no prices on the menu it’s supposed to be a five star establishment, that is the first time we ever dined there after hundreds of times going to the casino. We had reservations to eat, and it turned out to be the worst experience I ever had dining out. *****they refunded the price of the steak ONLY- that was what the waitress did for us. Wish I looked at reviews beforehand lol. Steakhouse prices ($69 filet mignon) give you steakhouse expectations. This food fell short for the price.. Alexia our server matched our expectations, but the food missed. Would not return. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
We came as a party of 5. We started with 3 appetizers which were amazing! Our dinners simple 4 steaks done medium with sides and brussel sprouts for our non meat eater. 3 of 4 steaks came cold even the truffle butter was still cold. Server was nice with a funny personality which made the situation better when we were all starving. We sent the steaks and cold sides back and they came back out still cold. I mean I expected a better experience being it’s advertised as a steakhouse. They did comp our drinks which was nice but we would’ve preferred our food atleast warm. I’d go back for the appetizers and drinks but definitely not a steak. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Brussels Sprouts

We could’ve had two steaks for the price of one here at any chain and it would’ve been better. Service was good but for the price the food is subpar. It was $200 without a tip for my wife and I with one appetizer and 2 steaks. Would not recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was part of a party of 4 only friends birthday. When booking the reservation it was made clear it was his birthday, there was a vegetarian and that he. Is allergic to garlic. Not one time did the waitress care to offer any accomadation. So I don’t understand why we were even asked at this point. And when asked to correct it she had no idea what to do. To the point that she couple have easily just brought say bread with no garlis. Instead she never suggested it, apologized stating there was not much she could do. Only after it was suggested did she even bother to see if that was possible. I this was my first time and will be my last. Oh and they do not offer vegetarian. To say that altering an item from the menu by taking out the meat can be classified a an actual vegetarian menu is disgusting and misleading. False advertising is an understatement Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went to Final Cut New Years Eve and a group of four of us had a terrible experience there. We had reservations and reviewed the menu online. We were pretty excited about the menu until we arrived and were informed the full menu was not available and we had to order off of a NYE menu. Expresso martinis were served in small wine glasses, no olives in regular martinis, no bread served, no salt and pepper available on tables. Ordered surf and turf, no drawn butter was served (was supposed to be, but never came). Was so excited to go and turned out to be a huge disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Wow was this bad. Where to start. Wine list might be ok but a large portion of the bottles were crossed off. Place is nice enough but strong smoke smell(not their fault it’s in a casino). Our server was nice and attentive which was the only thing that was ok. French onion soup no flavor tasted like canned beef broth. On to the entrees. Our table got the ribeye and porterhouse creamed spinach and Mac n cheese. Steaks ordered mid rare porterhouse came out medium well ribeye medium. The outside of the steaks were grey, no sear no crust no flavor on either steak. Quality of meat is not good. Doesn’t say the grade but for $62 would expect prime. Not a chance. Tasted like the steak was baked in a warm oven. No idea how they are preparing the meat but Certainly not in a high heat broiler, hot grill, or hot cast iron. After waiting for 30-40 minutes was not going to wait for them to re-do the entrees. Creamed spinach was watery and flavorless. All around terrible. Never leave reviews but after spending $500 for a meal that was worse then Applebees or felt the need to. Wasn’t expecting Peter Luger or Barclay prime but was expecting to be on par with 1700 or even Ruth’s Chris/capital grill style chains. The best steak I've had in a long time. The meals were top of the line from the shrimp appetizers all the way to the main meal and dessert. The seasoning and taste of everything we had was delicious. Best creme brulee I have had this far. Cinnamon sugar ice cream yum. The honey butter and rolls so fresh and good. If you're wanting to have the royal treatment and sit down in a nice restaurant with great service I highly recommend the final cut steakhouse at Hollywood casino. Yes it's pricey but so worth a treat or special occasion. 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Lobster and Scallops
Restaurant opened at 5pm. The menu had changed from previous visits. Ordered from dinner menu. One was French onion soup, Ceasars salad, & truffle fingerling potatoes. Other was French onion soup, & oysters Rockefeller which was on tonight's dinner specials. All were excellently prepared. Onion soup with its veal broth base was excellent & plenty of crusted cheese covering the top. Oysters were done just right. Not over cooked which allowed the taste of the oysters to come thru. Wine ordered was an Argentinian Malbec - a very good choice. Waitress was excellent & knowledgeable about the food items. Also ordered the peanut butter creme Brule (not pictured) Very peanut buttery. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I took my sister here to celebrate her birthday and promotion while she was in town and we were both really impressed by the superb customer service and the excellent food. I will definitely be back!
