Went here for the first time because my coworker said they had excellent burritos. The burrito was delicious, but ot was not worth $9, the large amount of eggshells it had in it and the long wait to get our food. Yet another awful burrito in Arizona, big shocker. My bacon breakfast burrito was enormous and I could only eat half. I saved the rest for lunch. The lady at the drive-thru window was very friendly and cheerful in the morning. I just ordered the Chile rellono plate from Filiberto's at Indian Bend and Pima road in Scottsdale. I received 4 orders of flour tortillas and No Chile Arellano plate! I went to this location, it had nothing good to eat. I wanted a Meat burrito! But the guy said "No Beef, no Steak, No ground beef. "So I just got a bean burrito when I got it, I got just a burrito full of beans no melted cheese... Not mashed Refried beans! No flavor Bland. An jafet was Rüde! Every now and then I come back to Filaberto's. This usually reminds my why I stay away. I ordered 2 beef tacos 🌮 . These are deep fried and it felt like I drank a quart of oil eating these. I get it. Carne Asada fries are pure garbage! I ordered them on a delivery app. They were like human waste, diarrhea, or just a dirty diaper. Shameful and I'd be embarrassed to serve the to anyone! The worst filibertos in the valley. Food is not consistent with the other locations. Portions are small compared to all the other ones I've gone to, flavors off. I've lived in Central, South and West phx, Tempe, Mesa. Scottsdales though, damn it's disappointing everytime. 3 times your out. It looks cute though, clean. Organized. However the most important ingredient is your food and portions and whoever runs this location is very stingy with it. I can usually split my food into 2 meals, not here. Barely filled my burro bowl.

To start at the beginning, I've never met someone as dense as the employee taking my order, we had to repeat our order at least 5 times and it was 4 burritos, 2 of which were bean and cheese (1 of which he forgot to put cheese in) one was a bean, shredded beef and cheese burrito, which he got right, then a bean, carne asada and cheese burrito (he forgot the beans). After that, we ordered a large horchata and a large agua de pina, and he walked away, then came back and said "horchata and jamaica?" Which was met with "horchata and pina, please" he said okay and then walked away, and came back, but with horchata and jamaica. Then he talked to us to confirm our order, which we then had to repeat an additional 3 times to get right. And then, as you know, 2 of the burritos were wrong. Then the food, it was disgusting, I tried the carne asada burrito, realized it had no beans, tried a bean and cheese burrito and then realized it had no cheese. Then decided to eat the carne asada burrito until the soaking wet salad they through in the burritos soaked through the multiple layers of tortilla. And on top of all that, the beans were a mix of bland, somehow dry, and sweet, I can only imagine that is what wall plaster with sugar tastes like, it was awful, I would only go back to be able to laugh at the incompetence of the employee.
