I ordered a lunch burrito and a coffee. Nice young man told me I could go outside and be seated which I did and he said they would bring it out. 15 minutes passed and nothing. I went in to ask for my burrito and the blond young woman behind the counter who was very sullen and rude, said “here it is,” and just thrust it at me. I said to her “well I thought they were going to deliver this because now it’s almost cold,” and she said “we never do that.” She never looked up at me the entire conversation. Burrito was sub-par to say the least, and rather cold. Sad. I really liked this place in the past. Won’t be back.! Apparently, (for the 3rd time!) the staff doesn’t know how to treat their younger costumers, or be a good example of how to act in the community. They are soooo rude to the kids that walk over from the school, looking for a safe place to grab treat or drink and don’t understand that they are young adults who don’t have a million dollars to not only pay for tho over-priced, over-rated food that is the most average you can get, yet tip them for their nasty service….!
