I goofed on the card message when placing the order online - they fixed it with no hassle. I also placed my order last-minute and needed delivery by a specific time - and they accommodated me without any grief. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!

I needed an arrangement for a funeral, flowers needed to travel 8+ hours. The ladies at Evergreen helped with just two days notice and got a beautiful fall bouquet ready for me! They were so helpful!!

Evergreen was such a pleasure to work with for my wedding. They were able to accommodate my every request, including certain florals that I wanted for my wedding day. They even went the extra mile and wrapped my bouquet in a piece of my mother's wedding dress. I would highly recommend them for any wedding florals. The only complaint I have is that my anemones were wilted within 15-30 minutes of arrival to the venue. We ended up having to remove them from the groomsmen's suits, just because they were so wilted and brown by the time the ceremony started. Be sure to ask about which flowers will handle well in the heat before ordering specific ones!

Thank you so much! When I placed the order, I requested same day delivery and you indicated that it was not possible since it was in Carlin. My wife called on her lunch hour and said thank you for the flowers. "A" plus Evergreen Flower and gift shop!

They turned the worst Valentine’s experience into a very memorable one. I live in Salt Lake and wanted to send my sweet heart flowers for Valentine’s Day since I couldn’t be there. Went with “blossom flower delivery”(SCAM SCAM SCAM). Long story short they never delivered the flowers and come to find out don’t even have any means to deliver since they don’t have any contracted flower shops in Elko. Now two days after V day I call Evergreen. The sweet woman on the phone Evon(spelling? Sorry) listened to my failed V Day experience and took my order and stated they would deliver roses that next morning. Well they not only delivered the roses but made my sweet heart feel special by adding a teddy bear, candy, and balloons to the order at no charge. If there was a 10 star rating option I’d give them an 11! Not only did it make me sure to buy from them again but it reminded me that people are good and will take extra effort to make someone smile. Also side note: NEVER BUY FROM AN ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE. ALWAYS CALL A LOCAL SHOP DIRECTLY. And make sure that local shop is Evergreen:) Thanks again.

They were out of some of the flowers in the bouquet I initially ordered but very kindly called me to let me know, and then replaced them with other, arguably prettier/better options that still looked gorgeous and matching the theme and colors I wanted at no additional cost. Am always wary of ordering from florists in Elko but it's nice to know there's someone in town who has it covered!
