We came across this marvelous pub while on our way to a wine walk, and put it this way, we didn't make it to the wine walk! Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, and as a Brit, it has the best feel of all of the British pubs I've been to. The owner is from Portsmouth, UK, and it shows! I'll be going again, that's for sure. Fun place to stop by for some beer tasting... Small place, but can sit by the patio and watch the cars go by. Great service, friendly and helpful bar tender. Beer was tasty but a bit light. Not as full bodied, cold or bubbly as I would have liked. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Proper English Bitter served here. Try the Corkscrew Ale. (I don't think that's a very marketable name for such a good beer.) If you haven't tried a bitter before think IPA minus the hops. Good seating options inside and out, grab a bag of crisps and enjoy with a mate!

Great beers, but their food is over priced and it looks like it comes from the Costco frozen section. This was around 15$
