Sussa is a Godsend! I ordered a cake for my son’s kindergarten graduation and she went above and beyond! My son has so many allergies and sensitivities that this is actually the first cake he’s ever had that I didn’t have to make from scratch. I was so happy he could get a professional cake that is elegant like the ones in the stores he sees and asks for. He loved having a beautiful blue cake and I loved that it was dye free! She was very thorough in making sure all his allergy needs were met. He is already talking about what kind he wants to order for his birthday coming up. We are one very happy family!!

We ordered my dad’s birthday cake from Sussa! This was my first time trying a gluten-free dessert and I have to say she did not disappoint. It was light and delicious and not too sweet with a delicious maple sugar frosting that in my husband’s words “was the only frosting he has every liked”. She also added a chocolate ganache on top that is a chocolate lover’s dream. Sussa herself is also the cherry on top. She is a joy to work with. ❤️ We will definitely be ordering from her again.

This place literally makes dreams come true! I am so excited to discover Eleven Eleven Wellness Bakery. Sussa, the owner and baker, responded quickly to my questions and delivered a gorgeous, special-order, gluten-free, dairy-free Boston Crème Pie cake for my celiac daughter’s birthday. After that, I asked if she could make low-carb, GF, DF sandwich cookies with cream in the middle. She could and she did! Both the cake and the cookies were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Thank you, Sussa, for blessing us with your gift of allergy-free baking!

Why would anyone buy store bought bread?! This homemade and local bread is amazing!!!!! Sussa and the family are super great at communicating too. as someone with autoimmunity I need to eat a specific way. I’m so grateful I found 11 Bakery! Love you guys! Praying more and more people find you. I’ve share this with my VERY picky family members (who prefer unhealthy foods haha) and they LOVE it. I’ll have to ship to Minnesota now! The muffins and desserts are also out of this world amazing!! * I also will freeze the bread and toast it before I go hiking and on trips! Still tastes amazing! ;) * I’m adding to my review March 2022. I placed a catering order with Sussa and she went above and beyond. Wow! They service and the cupcakes were AMAZING!!! Great for our post dinner treat where many of our patients and guests had food allergies. Thanks so much!

I have gotten orders from the bakery twice now. I can't say enough about how quick and friendly they are! It's hard finding gluten free sweets but they have a great selection and are very accommodating. I don't live in town but wanted to send something to a friend for her birthday. For the second year in a row, they did not disappoint! My friend is pretty picky and she has devoured every item from cookies to cake, to muffins and bread. I will make this my permanent place to order gluten free items in Charlotte forever!

The cake and cupcakes were an absolute hit! Sussa was such a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive to my requests and detail while adding her own creativity. Everyone raved about the cupcakes and was so surprised they were gluten free! I also have a tree nut allergy and asked for some coconut flour chocolate cupcakes in addition to almond. The cake was coconut flour vanilla. I thought it may taste too coconuty but I did not get that feeling at all! Super tasty with great moisture. And the frosting was so good! Highly recommend ElevenEleven Bakery!
