SADLY TO SAY THE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWNHILL ESPECIALLY AT LUNCHTIME 😞 WELL MARISOL THE WAITRESS HAS BECOME VERY RUDE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS AND THEIR NEEDS SO SAD I HAD STOPPED GOING THERE FOR A WHILE BUT DECIDED TO GO LAST NIGHT FOR DINNER MARIA AND EDDIE WERE WONDERFUL ALL THOUGH THE FOOD WAS OK 😞 THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT STILL MADE TIME TO SEE IF WE WERE OK OR IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. Some of the food was ok, some of the food tasted like it was pulled out of a freezer and microwaved. Our server only did the bare minimum and quickly would walk away before we could ask for anything else. You can get better service at other El Rosal locations.
