We were a party of 10 and went for a 80th birthday celebration. We left our cake with the hostess in the front. Everything was perfect. Music and food was great! All until it was time to bring our cake out. They brought our cake out and it was destroyed. The fact that every server had a straight face as if it was normal. I was upset. It would be different if they came to us and explained there was an accident in the back. The manager then did explain they would credit us $ for the cost of the cake. When they brought out our tab the manager never came back to the front to give us credit & then stated they can only give us $40. Overall my dad enjoyed it. We went on Friday and waited about 40mins. We came in with a large party, and I was very impressed with the awesome atmosphere. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into the decorations and overall design of the place. The food was very tasty, and I felt the prices were reasonable, considering how upscale the place is. The Quesa Birria tacos are the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. I travel all over the west and love trying new places with Birria and this was by far the Best. The consome was rich and flavor town for days. Horrible experience. Sever brought out our food but didn’t bring us cutlery or tortillas until after 15 min so there was no way for us to eat our food and it got cold. I give it 2 stars because we did get a free dessert from a nice waiter as an apology. But definitely will not recommend or go back Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
