Got crunchy tacos and the chips and queso just last week and it was great. Today i got the same and it was AWFUL!! Bones in my chicken tacos and the queso was watery and disgusting. I couldn't eat it. Waste of money. Very overpriced. Im pretty disappointed. Food: 1

It's so sad that El Pollo Loco stopped giving lemon out! We went through the drive-thru and placed our order specifically requested salsa and cilantro to be added to our order. The cashier stated it was in the bag! Unfortunately, no sauces were there, drove all the way home... too far to go back. It was not such a good visit this time.
