My husband and I loved el microDeli -- for 2 reasons! First, the food is outstanding and the prices very, very reasonable. We had a latte with coconut milk (my usual add is skim milk but the coconut leche was wonderful.) We ordered lunch to go: a rice and chicken bowl using local, super-fresh greens and a perfect vinaigrette (packed on the side to keep the greens crisp), and a panini sandwich with ham and mozzarella cheese and other ingredients that I would rate as one of the top 10 sandwiches ever! The second reason is more personal. The owner of the deli also had created a farm, La Microfinca, using a grant (after Hurricane Maria) from World Central Kitchen. We have volunteered at her farm for the past 4 years, and we have seen firsthand the love she has for growing the freshest greens, fruits and vegetables! She has also supported the local growers and producers by using and selling their wares in her deli and supporting the local economy. Five stars!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
